MALU'S AJI SAUCE

Malu's Foods is a family-owned traditional food company, founded in 2017 by a Colombian family in Atlanta. Ají casero is the most traditional sauce in Colombia, present on Colombian tables since pre-Hispanic times. Made with fresh chilies, cilantro, scallions, tomato, lime, and vinegar, it goes well with everything. Each region of the country has its own version. It's a simple sauce, full of history, that transforms any meal into something special.
